Information for this database was adapted from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ECHO (Enforcement and Compliance History Online) data. This database includes: quarters in noncompliance, quarters in significant noncompliance, effluent violations, informal and formal enforcement actions, penalties and the body of water receiving the wastewater discharge.
The information covers a 3-year period from October 2013 to September 2016. Search by town to view a company’s report.
